Account and profile data
Name, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth, profile image, role type such as user or astrologer, profile completion status, and notification settings.
Astrology and report data
Birth details, birth time, birth place, latitude, longitude, timezone, chart preferences, match-making details, numerology inputs, vastu inputs, panchang inputs, and generated report data.
Consultation and communication data
Chat messages, support messages, call session status, call duration, consultation history, booking history, astrologer reviews, favorites, and follow status.
Payment and wallet data
Wallet balance, wallet transactions, subscription plan, payment order ID, payment ID, payment status, billing purpose, and transaction verification response. We do not store full card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking password information.
Device and notification data
Firebase Cloud Messaging token, device ID where available, platform, app version, online status, notification delivery data, network information, and technical logs needed for reliability and security.
Media and optional files
Profile images or other images selected by the user for supported profile or support features. The app accesses media only when the user chooses or captures a file.
2. App Permissions and Why They Are Needed

| Phone state and audio settings | To improve call stability, manage call audio behavior, and support real-time consultation sessions. |
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage user and astrologer accounts.
- To verify mobile number login, OTP, session tokens, and account security.
- To generate astrology reports such as Birth Horoscope, Match Making, Panchang, Numerology, Lalkitab, Vastu, Daily Muhurta, and Daily Rasiphal.
- To show subscription-based report page access and PDF export options.
- To connect users with astrologers through chat, voice call, and video call.
- To process wallet top-ups, subscriptions, and payment verification.
- To deliver notifications and reminders related to account, wallet, chat, call, support, and app updates.
- To detect misuse, protect accounts, debug technical issues, and maintain app reliability.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate core app features. These services may process limited data necessary for their function.
Firebase / Firebase Cloud Messaging
Used for app initialization, push notification delivery, and notification routing.
Razorpay
Used for wallet top-ups, subscription checkout, and payment verification.
ZEGOCLOUD / real-time call SDK
Used for voice and video consultations between users and astrologers.
Ola Maps / place search
Used to search places and obtain accurate coordinates for astrology calculations.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell user personal information. We may share limited information only when required to provide services, process payments, send notifications, operate calls/chats, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users and the platform.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including authenticated API access, payment verification, access-controlled backend systems, and secure account sessions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and protect user data.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain account history, comply with legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and support users. Chat, call, wallet, subscription, support, and report records may be retained for operational, audit, and service-continuity purposes unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
8. User Choices and Controls
- Users can deny optional permissions such as location, camera, microphone, and notifications from device settings.
- Some features may not work properly without the permission needed for that feature.
- Users can update profile details from the app where available.
- Users can contact support to request account help, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal and security requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
Maharshi Parasar is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Astrology and Consultation Disclaimer
Astrology reports, horoscope content, match-making, numerology, vastu, muhurta, rasiphal, chat, and call consultations are provided for personal guidance and informational purposes. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app, on our website, or through the Google Play listing where applicable. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated policy.

We may contact you to verify the request before processing it, and some records may be retained where required by law, payment compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations.
